Central High students open new eatery
PHENIX CITY, AL (WTVM)- Students in the culinary
arts program at Central High School have started The Brick restaurant.
This is a restaurant for
teachers and the public to come and enjoy sandwiches, pizzas, and much more.
Students work for two
periods a day to keep the restaurant running, and teachers say they're learning
more than just how to cook.
The Brick is open from 11
a.m. to 1 p.m. Tuesday through Friday.
