COLUMBUS, GA (WTVM)- We are proud to report that in 2012, 40 animals we showed on-air were adopted, 12 were placed with rescue groups, and 1 animal was reunited with its owner.
Here's a look at today's deserving pets at Columbus Animal Care and Control.
TAG 72 is a Ball Python! The gender is unknown, but this snake is gentle and docile, sure to be a unique family pet.
TAG 162 is a male Domestic Short Hair who is playful and curious. He deserves to be part of a family and forever home.
TAG 384 is a loving and adorable Chow mix. He loves to have his ears scratched and promises a lifetime of kisses and gratitude for rescuing him.
TAG 395 is a female Jack Russell Terrier mix. She is sad her days are numbered, as are all the pets at Animal Control. Give this loving lapdog a chance at her sunset years in a forever home.
For the low adoption fee of $75, you can have your new pet spayed/neutered and micro-chipped. You'll also create space in the shelter for another deserving animal. For more information on these animals, visit 4910 Milgen Road or call 706-653-4512.
