Swab your cheek and help save a boy with cancer

COLUMBUS, GA - Swabbing your cheek could save a 12-year-old boy.

Noah Hein has a rare form of cancer called Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia or A.L.L. This is Noah's second bout with the disease.

He's currently in Atlanta receiving treatment, but he needs a bone marrow transplant. He was born in Vietnam and stands the best chance of finding a match with someone of Asian descent. That's one of the smallest populations on the bone marrow registry.

The family is hosting a marrow drive to find a match on Wednesday, June 6. All you have to do is fill out some paper work and have your cheek swabbed. That's it! The drive is being held at the Health & Human Services building at 2100 Comer Ave.

If you can't make it to the event, you can contact www.bethematch.org and they'll send a test kit to your home.
