Two Glenwood Gators playing in Huntington College Honor Band

PHENIX CITY, AL - Congratulations to two Glenwood Band members! Luke Brown and Katie Camacho will be performing tomorrow, Wednesday April 4, with the Huntington College Honor Band in Montgomery.

Luke earned the second chair spot playing euphonium and Katie earned the seventh chair clarinet spot!

Fort Benning musical open to the public

FORT BENNING, GA - Fort Benning’s Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation will host The Honky Tonk Angels April 6 and 7 at Marshall Auditorium. This event is open to the public.

The musical is written by Ted Swindley, of Always, Patsy Cline fame, and directed and produced by Paul R. Pierce for Springer theatricals, a touring unit of the Springer Opera House.

COLUMBUS, GA - The musical group LISSEN will be performing this Sunday, Feb. 12 at 7:00 pm at the CSU auditorium.

Proceeds will benefit the Sickle Cell Foundation.

Christmas at Moon Lake

PHENIX CITY, AL - Moon Lake will officially transform to a Victorian village for the holiday season Thursday Dec. 8.

Santa will be on hand as the pavillion is changed into Santa's castle. He'll be ready for pictures and to hear the children's wishes!

Opening night will have tons of activities like pony rides, games, food court, a hay ride and more. There will also be live entertainment featuring Elite Dance Academy and school choral groups.

The event is free, with some vendors charging for food or activities.
